Browse our properties, select your dates and number of guests, and click Book Now. You'll be asked to create an account (or log in), then complete payment securely via Stripe. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.

No. NordNest is a direct-booking platform — we charge no platform fees or service fees. The price you see is exactly what you pay (plus the one-time cleaning fee shown at checkout).

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Payment is taken securely at the time of booking. We do not store your card details.

Same-day bookings are subject to availability. If the calendar shows the date as available, you can go ahead and book. Check-in time is 15:00 and we need a little time to prepare the apartment, so same-day bookings earlier than 12:00 may not be possible.

Yes. All bookings are confirmed instantly. You will receive a booking confirmation email with your booking number, check-in instructions, and a link to your booking details.

Check-in is from 15:00 (3 pm). Check-out is by 11:00 (11 am). These times help us ensure the apartment is thoroughly prepared for every guest.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us at info@nordnest.fi at least 48 hours before your arrival to ask — we will always do our best to accommodate you at no extra charge if the calendar allows.

Full check-in instructions, including the key safe code or digital lock instructions, are sent to your email 24 hours before arrival. The apartments have keyless entry so you can self-check-in at any time after 15:00.

Oulu Airport (IATA: OUL) is approximately 15 km from both properties. By taxi or rideshare the journey takes about 15–20 minutes. There is no direct bus, but regional buses connect the airport to the city centre.

Oulu is a vibrant university city with great cycling infrastructure, a lively market square (Rotuaari), and beautiful nature close by. We recommend visiting the Oulu Market Hall, cycling along the waterfront, and exploring Nallikari beach in summer. After a long day, the private sauna in your apartment is the perfect way to relax — a true Finnish tradition!

Both apartments include: private sauna, high-speed WiFi, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker), Smart TV, washer, bed linen, towels, and basic toiletries. The Linnanmaa apartment also includes free private parking.

Yes. We offer discounts for stays of 7 nights or more. The discount is applied automatically at checkout. For stays of 30+ nights, please contact us at info@nordnest.fi for a custom rate.

Cancellations made 5 or more days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 days of check-in are non-refundable. To cancel, email info@nordnest.fi with your booking number.

We love animals, but unfortunately pets are not permitted in either property due to allergy considerations and building rules.

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the apartments and on the balconies. Violation of this rule may result in a cleaning surcharge.

Both apartments accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. Extra guests beyond the number stated in your booking are not permitted due to building regulations and insurance requirements.
